The keynote seminar and workshops are created by Dr Hayley North using the latest scientific research including her own. In designing the structure, Dr North has used evidence for how people learn best, what facilitates memory formation and what motivates people for action that later forms healthy habits.

Empowering people with a deep understanding fosters intrinsic motivation and enables individuals to implement the strategies to best fit with their unique lifestyles and personalities.
